Pour the cherry liquid into a saucepan, add sugar, mixed spice, ginger, and cornflour, and whisk over medium heat until thickened.
In a baking dish, layer your apples, cherries, and the thickened sauce.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, coconut, almonds, and brown sugar. Add melted FLORA Block and mix until crumbly.
