Brett’s Vegan Ramen Broth
  1. Pour veggie stock, rice vinegar, mirin, coconut milk, soy sauce into a pot and heat

  2. Add miso, gochujang, mushroom base, ginger and garlic.

  3. Stir until paste has melted and broth is smooth.

  4. Serve with noodle and veggies.
