Bread And Butter Pudding
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.

  2. Add the milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla to a bowl and whisk.

  3. Add bread and raisins, briefly mix, then set aside for a few minutes to allow egg mixture to soak through the bread.

  4. Transfer to a baking dish and press down a little.

  5. Drizzle over melted butter, then bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden on top.

  6. Rest for a few minutes before serving.
