Add all ingredients except the coconut oil to the Thermomix bowl.
Blend: 20 sec / Speed 6. Scrape down sides.
Cook: 95°C / 5 min / Speed 3.
Add ½ cup refined coconut oil. Blend: 30 sec / Speed 5.
Cook: 95°C / 2 min / Speed 3.
Quickly pour into prepared container. Tap gently to remove air bubbles. Smooth the top.
Cool uncovered at room temp ~30 min. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Unmold and wrap.
