  1. Add all ingredients except the coconut oil to the Thermomix bowl.

  2. Blend: 20 sec / Speed 6. Scrape down sides.

  3. Cook: 95°C / 5 min / Speed 3.

  4. Add ½ cup refined coconut oil. Blend: 30 sec / Speed 5.

  5. Cook: 95°C / 2 min / Speed 3.

  6. Quickly pour into prepared container. Tap gently to remove air bubbles. Smooth the top.

  7. Cool uncovered at room temp ~30 min. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Unmold and wrap.
