Garlic Chicken Bowties In Spicy Provolone Mozzarella Sauce
  1. Boil bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Season chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 6–7 minutes until golden. Remove and set aside.

  4. Melt remaining butter in the same skillet. Add diced onion and cook until translucent, then add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

  5. Sprinkle flour over onion mixture and stir for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream until smooth.

  6. Add softened cream cheese, provolone, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until melted and creamy.

  7. Return chicken and pasta to skillet, toss to coat evenly, and simmer 2–3 minutes.

  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
