Chicken Curry

Ingredients:

    Method

  1. Cut 2 chicken breasts in thin pieces.Shallow fry them in some oil for 6-7 minutes each side. Once fried, take them out of the oil.

  2. Fry 1 tablespoon of minced garlic in the same oil for 2 minutes.

  3. Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Fry for 2 minutes.

  4. Add 1 tablespoon paprika

  5. 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes

  6. 1 teaspoon salt

  7. 1 teaspoon black pepper

  8. Add splash of water

  9. Fry for 2 minutes

  10. Add 400ml coconut milk

  11. 100 ml double cream

  12. Bring it to a boil.

  13. Add the chicken back into the pan & cook this for 5 minutes.

Serve with some rice and enjoy!
