Ingredients:
Cut 2 chicken breasts in thin pieces.Shallow fry them in some oil for 6-7 minutes each side. Once fried, take them out of the oil.
Fry 1 tablespoon of minced garlic in the same oil for 2 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Fry for 2 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Add splash of water
Fry for 2 minutes
Add 400ml coconut milk
100 ml double cream
Bring it to a boil.
Add the chicken back into the pan & cook this for 5 minutes.
Method
Serve with some rice and enjoy!
