Fall Chicken Sausage Sheet Pan Meal
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for an easier clean up.

  2. In a medium mixing bowl combine brussels sprouts, sweet potato, 1-2 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well.

  3. Add the coated and seasoned brussels sprouts and sweet potato to the baking sheet in a single layer. Add the sliced chicken sausage. Bake for 15 minutes.

  4. While everything bakes, in a small to medium mixing bowl combine the apple, walnuts, ½ a tbsp of olive oil, nutmeg and cinnamon. Mix well.

  5. Add the apple and walnuts to the baking sheet and bake for 8-10 more minutes.

  6. Meanwhile, prep the honey mustard sauce by combining all of it’s ingredients in a small mixing bowl or mason jar. Taste and adjust if necessary.

  7. Drizzle on desired amount of sauce on the sheet pan meal. Serve and enjoy!
