Chicken wings
Bang bang sauce
Mix bang bang sauce ingredients and refrigerate or set aside.
Pat chicken dry and put in a bowl with all the seasonings. Massage into chicken.
Pan spray the bottom of the air fry. Add the chicken. Air fry at 450° F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. If baking in the oven, add 8-10 minutes.
Transfer wings to a bowl, Drizzle the sauce on top and toss. Don’t drown the wings in the sauce or they’ll lose their crunch.
Garnish with chives and serve immediately.
