Set up your grill for indirect cooking at around 250°F degrees.
Make the sauce to your desired taste and set aside in the fridge.
Next form your patty. Make sure to seal this burger very nicely as this is the most important step. (We like to put the patty in the fridge to solidify a little more before seasoning and placing on the grill.)
Place the burger over indirect heat for around 20 min to start.
Once you feel the burger has come close to your desired doneness, sear it to finish. Make sure to be careful here and only sear for a few seconds per side as you do not want to bust open the burger.
