Molten Cheese Bread
  1. Mix dry ingredients, mix in water.

  2. Rise 2 – 3 hrs until doubled (1.5 hrs next to heater!)

  3. Preheat pot 240°C/450°F (220°C fan).

  4. Turn dough out onto lightly floured work surface.

  5. Reserve ⅓ cheese for topping.

  6. Fold inwards 4 times, stuffed/layered with remaining cheese.

  7. Flip onto parchment paper.

  8. Pile reserved cheese on top.

  9. Bake 35 min covered, 10 min uncovered, rest 10 min.

  10. Eat!
