Aloo Parathas With Soft And Easy Dough
  1. Mix 2 cups self raising flour with 1 cup full fat yoghurt and 1 tsp salt to make a soft dough

  2. Boil 2-3 medium potatoes and mash them

  3. Finely dice 1 red onion and 1 tomato

  4. Mix boiled potatoes with diced onion, tomato, 1 tsp chilli, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp cumin seeds, and ½ tsp coriander powder

  5. Add grated mature cheddar to the potato filling

  6. Roll out dough portions and fill with potato mixture

  7. Cook parathas on a hot griddle until golden brown

  8. Serve with chilli sauce or chilli oil
