Silken Tofu–miso Dressing
  1. Add tofu, miso, vinegar, sesame paste, honey, garlic, and salt to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. With blender running, drizzle in olive oil until creamy.

  3. Adjust miso, vinegar, honey, or salt as needed.

  4. Add freshly ground black pepper.

  5. Toss with greens, parsley, lemon, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs.

  6. Use as a dip for vegetables, noodles, or warm bowls.
