Marinate chicken thighs in yogurt, garlic, ginger, and spices for minimum 30 minutes or overnight
Sear or broil marinated chicken in butter until golden, then remove from pan
In the same pan, sauté onion, garlic and ginger
Add tomatoes and spices to the pan, simmer for 5–7 minutes
Blend the sauce until smooth
Stir in double cream
Add chicken back to the pan and add butter and coriander if desired
For naan: mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder
Add yogurt and warm water to form a soft dough
Knead dough for 5 minutes and rest for 30 minutes
Divide dough and roll into ovals
Cook naan in a hot dry pan for 1–2 minutes per side
Brush cooked naan with garlic butter and fresh coriander immediately
