Season each of side of the thin chicken cutlets with garlic powder and lemon pepper
Add oil and butter to skillet over medium-high heat; add garlic and saute 2-3 mins. place chicken in the pan and sear 5 min per side, until golden and cooked through. transfer to a plate.
Stir in broth and lemon juice.
Add cream and gnocchi. Stir and make sure the gnocchi is covered in sauce. let it simmer uncovered, for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until sauce is thickened.
Remove pan from heat and add parmesan and spinach. toss until spinach is wilted. place chicken cutlets back into skillet
