You can whisk this together in a bowl or use the bowl attachment of an Immersion Blender (affiliate link) like I did, but don’t over-process if you use the immersion blender.
Measure out the Greek yogurt (or sour cream) and mayo and whisk together or blend.
Add the dried dill weed, chopped capers, dill pickle relish (or chopped pickles) and Beau Monde Seasoning (affiliate link) (affiliate link).
Whisk or blend to combine. Mixture should be chunky.
Refrigerate for a few hours before using for best flavor.
This will keep in the refrigerator for a few weeks.
