Golden Crispy Tofu
  1. Pat dry tofu and tear into bite sized pieces

  2. Mix corn starch and salt together

  3. Toss tofu pieces in the corn starch and salt mixture

  4. Fry in oil until crispy

  5. In a separate bowl, combine agave or maple syrup, lemon juice, paprika, ground coriander, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt to taste, and water to make the glaze

  6. Coat the crispy tofu with the glaze
