For the Cajun butter: Mix 4 tbsp unsalted softened butter, ½ tsp seasoned Cajun, 1 tsp parsley, 2 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp lemon juice, and ½ tsp Dijon mustard until combined. Add red pepper flakes for spice if desired.
For the Cajun steak bites: Trim 2 steaks of choice into 1-inch pieces. Season with 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp @kindersflavors buttery steakhouse seasoning. Let steaks rest before cooking.
Cook steak bites in avocado oil on medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes per side.
Reduce heat and stir in 2 tbsp Cajun butter. Toss steak bites for 1 additional minute.
Remove steak and add asparagus to the pan. Season asparagus with lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan.
For the creamy Parmesan mashed potatoes: Peel 2 large gold potatoes and dice into 1-inch cubes. Boil in salted water.
Drain water and mash the potatoes. Stir in ½ cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp sour cream, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, ½ tbsp butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Assembly: Add creamy Parmesan mashed potatoes to a bowl and top with Cajun butter steak bites. Serve with asparagus, ciabatta, and garnish with parsley.
