Easy Rice Pudding Tray Bake Recipe
  1. Preheat oven to 150C/130C fan forced. Grease a 5cm-deep, 17 x 27cm (base size) baking dish with butter then place on a baking tray.

  2. Whisk together the sugar, milk, cream and vanilla in a jug. Place the rice in prepared dish. Pour over the milk mixture and stir until well combined.
