Add at the end:
Add the cream of chicken and chicken broth to the crockpot and stir till smooth.
Sitr in tarragon, pepper, mushrooms and onions.
Add chicken breasts.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours without opening the lid.
After cooking for 6 hours, cook penne until AL dente.
Shred the chicken with 2 forks.
Add sour cream.
Add cooked and drained pasta to the crockpot.
Sprinkle over remaining cheese. Cover and cook for additional 20 mins on high.
