For mayo, add egg, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and salt to a large mason jar
Pour avocado oil in and blend until thick and creamy, about 10-15 seconds
Add buttermilk and sour cream on top of the mayo
Add dill, chives, parsley, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
Mix, shake, or blend all ingredients together
Serve and enjoy
