Toasted oat chocolate tiffin
  1. Preheat oven to 180C

  2. Line a 20cm square baking tin with baking paper

  3. Toasted oats, nuts and seeds for about minutes until browned

  4. Combine ground almonds, dried fruit& cocoa, then add cooled nuts, seeds & oats

  5. Melt chocolate, peanut butter, honey, vanilla& salt in the microwave

  6. Pour melted mixture over the dry ingredients & mix thoroughly

  7. Pour into the lined tin & press down well

  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours

  9. Drizzle with remaining chocolate & cut into 16 squares
