Vegan Sunflower Seed Cream Cheese
  1. Soak sunflower seeds in enough water to cover for 1 hour

  2. Drain sunflower seeds and add to a high-speed blender

  3. Add all the remaining ingredients except the green onions

  4. Blend until smooth

  5. Place in a bowl and fold in green onions, mix well.

  6. Can be eaten right away but tasted better after refrigerated
