Cottage Cheese Frittata
  1. Chop your courgette, onion and tomato and place it a bowl.

  2. Add the cottage cheese, eggs and seasoning. Mix well.

  3. Top with feta and bake for 30 minutes at 200C. Depending on your oven it might need a little longer.
