Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Granola
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: oats, cocoa powder, almonds, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients: honey, coconut oil, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the granola mixture evenly.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway, until the granola is lightly golden brown.

  7. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
