Aloo Chops - Nadiya
  1. Boil, cool, and peel the potatoes.

  2. Chop the coriander and green chillies.

  3. Dice the red onion.

  4. Add the crispy fried onions, red chilli powder, garam masala, ground black pepper, salt, and mango powder to the potatoes.

  5. Beat the eggs and add them to the potato mixture.

  6. Add the chickpea flour and mix well.

  7. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potato mixture into chops.
