Prepare chicken of choice (canned, boiled, grilled, etc.)
Add mayo, relish, salt, and pepper to the chicken
Mix until combined
Add crispy bacon, red onion, banana peppers or pickled jalapeños, and avocado to the mixture
In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chipotle sauce, and ranch seasoning
Mix the dressing with the chicken salad until combined
Serve with sides like crackers and other lunch sides
