Peach Crisp
  1. Wash and wipe off the cans of peaches

  2. Preheat oven to 350°F

  3. Dump the canned peaches into an oven-safe baking dish

  4. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over the peaches

  5. Make a slurry with ¼ cup of water and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, then pour it over the peaches and mix well

  6. In a separate bowl, mix together 16 ounces of quick oats, ¾ to 1 cup of brown sugar, and a whole stick of melted butter until well combined

  7. Spread the oat mixture evenly over the peaches

  8. Bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes, until the top is browned and crispy
