Cinnamon Rolls

Dough:

    Filling:

    Frosting:

  1. Mix dough ingredients to crumble then sit 5 minutes.

  2. Knead low for 5 minutes.

  3. Rise until double.

  4. Roll out to 18 x 24 inch rectangle.

  5. Spread filling.

  6. Roll tightly and cut into 12 rolls.

  7. Place in to well buttered 9x13 baking pan.

  8. Let rise while oven preheats to 375.

  9. Pour in ½ cup of heavy cream.

  10. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes or until the internal temp is 190 degrees.

  11. Let rest for 20 to 30 minutes (they should still be warm but not hot) before frosting the rolls.
