Coat the rim of a glass with agave
Press the agave-coated rim into a mix of cinnamon, salt, and sugar
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1.5 shots tequila, 1.5 shots light cranberry, 1 shot coconut milk, 0.5 shot triple sec, and 0.5 shot lime juice
Stir well
Serve over ice in the rimmed glass
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a few cranberries
For batched version: combine 270ml tequila, 270ml light cranberry, 180ml coconut milk, 90ml triple sec, 90ml lime juice, and 100ml water
Stir the batched mixture well and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or freeze if in a rush)
Serve over ice with festive rim, rosemary, and cranberries
