Never Forget Casserole
  1. Trim the chicken of excess fat and cut into 1 inch cubes. Add the chicken into the Instant Pot.

  2. Pour in water. Sprinkle in the onion soup mix and the rice. Dump the cream cheese on top. Don’t stir.

  3. Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 4 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.

  4. Stir. Serve and enjoy!
