  1. Grate ginger, and turmeric.

  2. Into a pot with 2 liter of cold water.

  3. Add the freshly ground black pepper and cayenne.

  4. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer for 20 min.

  5. Store in 4oz jars, fill about 3oz, and let it cool in the fridge.
