Coconut Milk Ice Cream
  1. Place a loaf pan or an airtight freezer-friendly container in the freezer while making the ice cream.

  2. Add the coconut milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender, and mix until smooth and creamy.

  3. Transfer the coconut ice cream mixture to the pre-frozen container and place it in the freezer.

  4. Let the ice cream freeze for at least 3 hours until hardened.

  5. Remove the coconut milk ice cream for about 10 minutes from the fridge before serving it.
