No Bake: Healthier Bounty Balls
  1. To a bowl or blender add the desiccated coconut, coconut milk, coconut oil and maple syrup

  2. Stir or blend really well, if the mix is too wet add more coconut or too dry add more coconut milk

  3. Scoop into 14 balls and use your hands to shape them so they are nice and round

  4. Put the balls in the freezer for 15 minutes or fridge for 30 mins

  5. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bowl over simmering water

  6. Coat the balls in the chocolate, use a fork so the excess drips off, place on a baking tray with parchment paper

  7. Once they are all coated, place the tray in the fridge for 30 minutes

  8. Keep in an air tight container for 1 week in the fridge if the kitchen is warm
