Mini Egg Squares Bars
  1. Add some boiling water to a saucepan and stick it on a low heat, then place a large heatproof bowl on top (making sure the bowl doesn't touch the water)

  2. Add the olive oil and marshmallows to the bowl and stir continuously until fully melted

  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla

  4. Add the rice krispies, soy protein crisps and chia seeds

  5. Mix well until everything is evenly coated

  6. Transfer the mixture to the lined tin and lightly press down

  7. Crush up the mini eggs and press them into the top of the mix

  8. Refrigerate for approximately 20 minutes then cut into 9 slices
