Pull off the parsley, even if there are a few stems in there
Use chicken breast, would prefer rotisserie chicken but using what we have
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter, add 2 tablespoons flour to make a roux
Add a little bit of chicken bouillon
Roll out the puff pastry, make it big as it will shrink in the oven
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top
Place the thickened mixture in a dish and top with the puff pastry
