Easy Chicken Pot Pie
  1. Pull off the parsley, even if there are a few stems in there

  2. Use chicken breast, would prefer rotisserie chicken but using what we have

  3. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter, add 2 tablespoons flour to make a roux

  4. Add a little bit of chicken bouillon

  5. Roll out the puff pastry, make it big as it will shrink in the oven

  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top

  7. Place the thickened mixture in a dish and top with the puff pastry
