Air Fryer Korean Cauliflower
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370 F. Line the basket of the air fryer with parchment paper.

  2. Cut the cauliflower into small /medium florets.Big florets take too much time to get crispy .

  3. Mix everything written under tempura batter to make a lump free pancake type tempura batter.

  4. Dip all the cauliflower florets into the batter. Make sure each floret is covered with the batter perfectly.

  5. Line them in one layer in the air fryer basket.

  6. Air fry them till they get crispy and golden.

  7. Turn them over in between.

  8. Remove tempura cauliflower on a plate.

  9. Take a pan or wok. Heat sesame oil in it.

  10. Add minced garlic to it .Saute once and mix everything written under the sticky sauce in the pan.

  11. Cook till it becomes glossy and thick but not super thick.

  12. If it becomes too thick ,add one tbsp of hot water.

  13. Add tempura cauliflower to the sauce and coat them nicely.

  14. Garnish with scallion and green chilies, and enjoy.
