Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Blend cottage cheese in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Mix yolk batter: In a bowl combine blended cottage cheese, egg yolks, honey, vanilla, and cornstarch. Mix well.
Whip egg whites: In another bowl beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
Fold gently: Slowly fold the whipped egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture to keep it fluffy.
Add blueberries and gently mix.
Shape bread: Spoon small round portions onto the baking tray.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
Let cool slightly before serving.
