Slow Cooker Dahl
  1. Heat a pan on medium-high heat, add the ghee, then fry off garlic, onion and ginger for 3 minutes or until soft and translucent.

  2. Add the spices and cook for a further 2-3 minutes or until aromatic. Take off the heat.

  3. Transfer the onion and aromatic mix to the slow cooker, add the remaining ingredients aside from the coriander.

  4. Cook on high for 4 hours.

  5. When finished, stir in half the coriander. Taste and season with more salt and coconut sugar if needed.

  6. Serve with rice, hot.
