Christmas Countdown - Day 12 - Breakfast Pig In Blanket
  1. Preheat the oven to 180c.

  2. Place the sausage meat stuffing on a piece of clingfilm and spread out in an even layer.

  3. Unwrap the black pudding roll and place in the centre of the sausage meat. Using the clingfilm, roll the sausage meat over the black pudding and seal all gaps. Place to one side.

  4. On a chopping board creat a bacon lattice. Line up one row of bacon vertically and fold back every second piece. Place down another piece of bacon horizontally and fold over the bacon. Then fold back the opposite bacon pieces and repeat.

  5. Roll over the lattice and create a tight seal.

  6. Place in foil and put in the oven for 35 minutes.

  7. Remove from the oven and take off the foil. Place back in the oven for 10 minutes.

  8. Remove and baste in maple syrup. Place back in the oven for 15 more minutes basting every 5.

  9. Enjoy 🎄
