Line the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan with Graham crackers.
Prepare the cheesecake Jello mix as directed on the boxes.
Fold in 16 ounces of Cool Whip or whipped topping with a spatula.
Wash and cut up a large container of strawberries.
Add half of the pudding mixture to the top of the Graham crackers.
Add half of the strawberries on top of the pudding mixture.
Top with a layer of Graham crackers.
Add the remaining pudding mixture on top.
Sprinkle some Graham crackers on top for decoration.
