In a small bowl, mix all the seasoning together (except for maple syrup) and set aside.
In a larger bowl, add the ground meat, seasonings, and maple syrup and mix well.
Using a ¼ cup measuring cup, scoop out the ground meat and form small patties then place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Place a small indent in the center of each patty to prevent shrinking.
Cover patties with plastic wrap and chill for 20 mins up to overnight.
Add oil to a skillet over medium heat and add patties (cooking in batches).
Cook for 4 mins on one side, flip and cook for another 3-4 mins on other side until internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
To freeze: let patties cool completely on baking sheet, then place in freezer and flash freeze for around 1 hour or until patties are frozen solid, then add to a freezer safe container and store in freezer.
To reheat: wrap patty in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds.
