Ground Beef Stir Fry
  1. In a large pan over medium heat, add the avocado oil and once warm add the ground beef. Saute and break up into small pieces, salt and pepper as you cook.

  2. Once the beef is cooked through stir in the garlic and ginger and saute for another 2 minutes.

  3. Stir in the cabbage and season with salt all over. Top with the lid and steam for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and saute until the cabbage is cooked through.

  4. Stir in the cooked rice and make sure it is broken up into small pieces. Stir in the tamari and saute for 3-5 minutes until the rice is toasted.

  5. Taste for seasoning and add more salt, pepper or tamari as needed.

  6. Top with green onions and serve!
