Keto Crispy Chicken Thighs
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel and place in a large bowl.

  3. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the chicken. Combine all the spice ingredients and the baking powder in a small bowl and sprinkle over the chicken.

  4. Toss the chicken with the spices until they are well coated and transfer to a 9" x 13" baking pan lined with tin foil.
