Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Soak dates in warm almond milk for 15–20 minutes. Then blend until smooth.
Add eggs to the blender and pulse to combine.
Pour mixture into a bowl and fold in dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Pour into a lined loaf tin. Sprinkle with chocolate chips if desired.
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
