Preheat oven to 350°F. Roughly chop your cashews and add them to a bowl with the coconut flakes, chocolate chips and sweetened condensed coconut milk. Mix well.
Using a ⅓ cup, scoop cookie dough into a lined baking sheet. You can use parchment or a silicone liner.
Bake at 350°F for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let sit for at least 20 minutes to cool.
