20 Minute Marinade
  1. Start with olive oil, tomato paste, lemon juice. That's the base.

  2. Add whatever fresh herbs you have in there (thyme, rosemary, basil, sage).

  3. Season with salt and fresh cracked pepper.

  4. Put a little bit of olive oil in a pan and get it nice and hot.

  5. Add the marinated chicken skin side down.

  6. Finish the chicken in the oven.

  7. When the chicken comes out, put one more little squeeze of lemon juice on them.
