Egg drop soup
  1. Crack and whisk eggs in water.

  2. While heating up the broth in a pot on medium heat, dice the green onions.

  3. Add chicken bouillon, garlic powder, salt, diced green onion all cooking on medium heat.

  4. Create a cornstarch slurry by mixing together cornstarch and water.

  5. Slowly add cornstarch to the pot, stirring throughout. Continue on medium heat until it is thicker.

  6. Gradually pour in in the whisked eggs while stirring the broth in a circular motion. The slower the pour, the thinner the egg strands.

  7. Take off of heat, serve, and enjoy.
