Chicken Shawarma Loaf Pan Chicken
  1. Trim off the excess fat from the chicken thighs and place inside a large bowl.

  2. Drizzle the chicken with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and spices.

  3. Mix well, then thinly slice the onion and mix it in with the chicken.

  4. Let the mixture marinate for 2-3 hours or overnight if possible.

  5. Pack the chicken inside a loaf pan and place it in the oven for 50-55 mins at 425F.

  6. Remove the chicken from the oven and pour out the excess juices.

  7. Flip the loaf pan over a cutting board and cut chicken into strips, and serve.
