One-pan Dumpling Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

  2. In a 9×13 baking dish, whisk together the coconut milk, curry paste, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, peanut butter, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.

  3. Add in the lime juice and mix well.

  4. Fold in the chopped bok choy.

  5. Place the frozen dumplings on top in a single layer.

  6. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes, until dumplings are fully cooked.

  7. Top with chili crisp, green onions, sesame seeds, lime, and cilantro if you'd like. Serve hot and enjoy.
