Homemade Philadelphia Cream Cheese

Ingredients:

1 kg Greek yogurt

1 tbsp salt

    1 tbsp garlic powder (optional)

  1. Add the salt and garlic powder to the Greek yogurt and mix well with a spoon.

  2. Place a bowl and a strainer over the strainer. Line it with a clean cloth or tea towel, add the mixture, cover, and refrigerate overnight to allow the liquid to drain.

  3. Remove from the refrigerator, transfer to a glass bowl, and you have your Philadelphia-style cream cheese. Serve it with some bread —it's delicious!
